Empowerment and Leadership
Empowering girls and achieving gender equality are important to creating inclusive, open and prosperous societies. According to UNSECO, 2.1 million children under age of 5 were saved between 1900 and 2009 because of improvements in girl’s education. Also according to new Brookings report, “Increasing the number of girls completing secondary education by just 1% could increase a countries economic growth by 0.3%”. Additionally a report just released by the McKinsey Global Institute found that if girls/ women level of participation in the labor market was the same as men’s it would add up to 28trillion to annual global GDP in 2025.
Through workshops, trainings, and mentorship programs, we focus on developing leadership skills, fostering self-esteem, and nurturing creativity among girls. We aim to instill in them a sense of agency and the belief that they have the power to make a difference in their own lives and the world around them. Our empowerment initiatives also encourage girls to explore their passions, develop critical thinking skills, and pursue careers in fields traditionally dominated by men. By providing mentorship and guidance, we help them navigate through obstacles and unleash their full potential.
By supporting our empowerment programs, you are investing in the future of girls. Your contribution can help us inspire confidence, uplift spirits, and create a generation of empowered girls who will shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
