Our mentoring programs will provide girl’s access to people, places and things outside their routine environment. Girls are exposed to new experiences that enable them to discover their own strengths and thrive, also given the opportunity to take the lead in goal-setting and decision making. Girls who grow up oppressed by extreme poverty and gender inequality are rarely asked what they want to be when they grow up. For many, they have never been given a chance to think about what they want in life
Mentorship plays a vital role in the personal and academic development of girls. At Rays Of Light And Hope, we believe in the power of positive role models who can guide and inspire girls to reach their full potential.
Our mentorship programs connect girls with caring and experienced mentors who serve as a source of guidance, support, and inspiration. These mentors provide one-on-one mentorship, offering advice, encouragement, and practical guidance to help girls navigate through challenges and make informed decisions.
Through regular mentorship sessions, girls have the opportunity to develop their skills, explore their passions, and set goals for their future. Our mentors share their knowledge and experiences, helping girls build self-confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth.
